By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General
Pretty Rogue operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All purchases are for personal use only and must not be resold without our written permission.

Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. ZipPay and other BNPL services cannot be used to purchase gift cards, pre-orders, or back-ordered items. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including situations where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected.

Shipping
We ship Australia-wide in discreet, secure packaging. Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery time is two to five business days for metro areas and longer for regional or remote locations. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty. Claims can be lodged within twelve months of purchase with proof of order.

Warranties & Liability
All goods are covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for misuse of products or issues arising from not following product instructions.

Privacy & Security
Personal information is collected solely for order processing and customer support. We never share your details with third parties except as required to fulfil your order, such as shipping providers. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
