Pretty Rogue Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of every piece in the Pretty Rogue collection. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right under Australian Consumer Law.

Claims can be lodged within 12 months of purchase with proof of order.

All returns are handled by post, and you’ll be responsible for sending the item back to us.

Where stock allows, a replacement will be sent — if a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll arrange a refund.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty.
